Organize Windows folders with local metadata-based classification, exact destination previews, explicit confirmation, audit history, and conflict-safe undo.
Cleanora AI is a Windows file organizer that classifies files from filenames, extensions, modified dates, and filesystem metadata. The current planner does not read file contents or send them to a cloud model. You select a folder, review every proposed destination and conflict, exclude items if needed, and explicitly confirm the exact move plan before anything changes.
Downloads, Desktop, and project folders mix documents, images, archives, installers, audio, video, and source files. Manual sorting repeats the same extension and date decisions, but a bulk tool can create a bigger problem if it silently overwrites a destination or executes a plan that changed after review.
Cleanora uses deterministic signals instead of reading document contents. That makes the decision path explainable: each preview shows the source, category, reason, exact destination, selection state, and conflict status. Execution rejects an expired, unknown, changed, or newly conflicting plan.

The right method depends on whether metadata is sufficient and how much custom setup the folder needs.
| Option | Best for | Tradeoff |
|---|---|---|
| Cleanora | Explainable metadata-based organization with preview and undo | Does not inspect document contents in the current build |
| Rule-based tools | Repeatable conditions such as extension, date, or filename | Rules must be created and maintained |
| Manual folders | Small collections with occasional changes | Time cost grows with every new file |
No. The current planner uses filenames, extensions, modified dates, and filesystem metadata locally. File contents are not read or sent to a remote organizer service.
Yes. Cleanora shows each proposed category, reason, exact destination, selection state, and conflict before an explicit confirmation.
Common starting points are Downloads, Desktop, Documents, and project folders. Use a focused folder first so the proposed structure is easy to review.
Classify files locally on Windows, review exact destinations, then apply only the file moves you approve.
